You will be mainly in charge of dealing with the client, from the development plan of the entire system to the client support after product delivery. Summarizing the client's requests in the basic design report and creating a proposal based on the RFP.

Work location

Head office (Naka-ku, Yokohama) or contractors (within Tokyo)

Working hours

◆Standar working time 9:00 to 18:00 (40 working hours per week)
※ May vary according to work location
◆We have a flextime system (core time is 10:00-15:00)
◆We have short working hours system (standard working hours is 6 hours/day)
Depending on the busyness, there may be overtime, within the scope of the agreement.

Day off/ holidays

◆2 Days off per week system (Saturdays & Sundays), National holidays, New Year holiday, and Summer holidays.
◆Annual paid leave-12 days in the first year, additional 20days/ year in the following years, maximum of 40 days.
Gyeonghui leave, maternity leave, childcare leave.

Depending on the busyness, there may be overtime, within the scope of the agreement.

Salary/ bonuses

Age salary + professional salary + assessment salary (revised once a year in June)
Bonus twice a year (March / September)

Document screening

We will contact those who passed the document screening about the aptitude test.

Aptitude test

Take the SPI test (You can send the results of the last one you took).

Those who passed the test will proceed to the first interview with the HR department and the person in charge of the department you are assigned to.

First Interview (Individual)

In the first interview, the HR department will explain about the company and the person in charge of the department you are assigned to will explain the business routines.

In addition, we will be asking about the applicant's background and vision, and we would like to talk more deeply about whether the company is suitable for the applicant's career.

Final interview (Individual)

Those who passed the first interview will proceed to the final interview with the president.

This is the final confirmation of whether the company and the applicant can grow together.

Job offer

Applicants who passed the final interview are offered the job.
